my creative process envisions what Black liberation and Indigenous sovereignty might look like within and beyond our present reality. Through ancestral craft, community-based art, and culturally responsive design, i take a relational approach to facilitation and learning.
Being a descendant of the Yoruba people and an enrolled member of the Narragansett Indian Tribe, my Black and Indigenous lineages inform my perspective and approach to my work.
